Steps to exchange coins, ship claw wins, and redeem store items on Clawverse — from inventory to delivery.
Where do wins go?
Verified claw wins land in your Inventory after server validation. Open the bag tab in the store or Collection for prize history.
Exchange for coins or diamonds
If you do not want the physical item, recycle inventory items for reward coins or diamonds at the rates shown in-game, then spend them in the store.
Request physical shipping
Select an item → Request shipping → enter full name, phone, and address. Orders are reviewed and shipped within 7–14 business days. Any shipping fee is shown before you confirm.
Store redemptions with coins
Store items purchased with reward coins use the same checkout and shipping flow. Check stock and item details before redeeming.
Service regions
Clawverse primarily ships within Thailand. If your area is outside our zone, we will contact you using your account details. See FAQ on the site for more.
